Email Learners

In this document we will demonstrate how to send an email to learners who are registered to the course.

Instructors can send emails to learners from within the Instructor Dashboard.

It is recommended to test the sending of your emails before sending to all of your learners.☺️

  1. Access Instructor Dashboard

  2. Select Email

  3. Select who to send the email to

  4. Enter Subject and Message

  5. Select Send Email

You can consult the history of emails sent at the bottom of the page.

There are no control limits of the emails carried out, or of the number of emails received by registrants.

You can also send emails from your emailing tool (mailchimp, sendinblue, etc.) by downloading the learner list in csv format.
