How to reset learner attempts

Remove the status of a learner for a specific exercise.

1) In the learner's view, find the question component and select 'Staff Debug Info '

2) Enter the user's name and select "delete learner's state ''

Reset the number of times a learner can try an exercise to 0.

1) In the learner's view, find the question component and select 'Staff Debug Info '

2) Enter the user's name and select "Reset Learner Tests".

Reset all learners' attempts for an exercise

1) In the learner's view, find the question component and select 'Staff Debug Info'

2) Copy the location ID:

3) Go to the Instructor Dashboard

4) Select 'Student Admin'

5) Under 'Adjust all enrolled learners' grade for a specific problem' paste the location ID of the desired exercise component and select 'Reset Attempts to Zero'.
